✅ Damage Assessment & Repair Planning:

• Conduct detailed inspections to assess vehicle damage.

✅ Panel Beating & Dent Repair:

• Perform panel reshaping, dent removal, and panel replacement to restore vehicles.

• Ensure repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards.

✅ Welding & Fabrication:

• Utilize MIG, TIG, and spot welding for component repairs and replacements.

• Ensure structural integrity of all vehicle bodywork.

✅ Surface Preparation & Quality Control:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming.

• Conduct final inspections to ensure a flawless finish.

✅ Team Leadership & Safety Compliance:

• Mentor and train junior technicians to uphold quality standards.

• Maintain safety protocols and a clean workspace.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Panel Beater/Dent Repair Technician.

• Specialized in luxury vehicles with an eye for precision.

⚙️ Welding & Repair Proficiency:

• Certified in MIG, TIG, and spot welding for automotive repairs.
