As a Senior Delivery Consultant – Digital, you will be responsible for managing technology consulting engagements for financial services clients, particularly in the areas of solution design and implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity to help clients in the financial services sector undergo significant IT and digital transformations, ensuring that technology solutions are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with Chief Experience Officers (CXOs) and other key decision-makers in the technology space.

Deeply understand clients’ IT transformation needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.

Digital Transformation & Strategy:
-
Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation plans.
-
Drive structured, problem-solving approaches to identify and solve complex technology problems using industry best practices.

Technology Consulting & Implementation:
-
Lead technology and digital advisory and implementation projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Manage small to medium-sized projects, focusing on IT modernization, enterprise architecture, and data transformation.

Knowledge Sharing & Firm Development:

Strengthen McKinsey’s knowledge base by codifying learnings from client projects.

Share knowledge with colleagues to enhance the firm’s capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

Qualifications:
-
An undergraduate degree in information technology, engineering, physics, math, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.

Experience:
-
At least 4+ years of business experience with a proven track record of achievements and personal growth.
-
Demonstrated experience in Financial Services, such as banking, insurance, wealth and asset management, or public finance.

Experience in technology and digital advisory and implementation, especially in IT transformation and modernization.

Skills:
-
Strong understanding of both business and technical aspects of technology and digital transformations in financial services.

Proven ability to define and implement digital and technology strategies that align with clients’ strategic goals.

Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).

Exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with individuals across various levels of an organization.

Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent communication skills.
