CooperSurgical, a leading fertility and women’s healthcare company, is hiring a Senior Data Scientist to join its data science team. This full-time, on-site role (located in Livingston, NJ or Trumbull, CT) requires a seasoned analytics expert capable of delivering strategic insights through data. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience, deep proficiency in predictive modeling and machine learning, and a strong command of Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, and advanced statistical methods.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement advanced analytics models: predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive

Conduct incremental lift modeling, MMM, CLV, churn prediction, and more

Collaborate with IT to build streamlined data models and PowerBI dashboards

Perform A/B testing, EDA, forecasting, and data visualization
-
Mentor junior team members and collaborate cross-functionally
-
Ensure model reliability, performance monitoring, and data integrity
-
Build scalable ETL pipelines and support data flows across the business

Translate analytics into clear, actionable business insights for key stakeholders
Required Skills & Tools:

Advanced skills in Python, R, SQL, PowerBI, and Tableau
-
Expertise in supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, and model evaluation

Experience with forecasting tools (ARIMA, Prophet), optimization, and recommendation systems
-
Strong foundation in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data mining
-
Experience with ETL processes and managing large datasets
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field

5–10 years of experience in a data-driven environment

Proven project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
