DCT Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across procurement and sourcing functions. This role is vital in transforming raw procurement data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency, vendor performance, and strategic planning.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and other reporting tools that support transparency, risk mitigation, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze procurement and supplier performance data, ensuring alignment with lifecycle goals.

Develop operational and strategic dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Oracle ERP (Purchasing module).

Collect, clean, validate, and analyze datasets from multiple systems.

Write advanced SQL queries to extract complex data sets for stakeholder use.

Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in sourcing, contracts, and supplier relationships.

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports measuring SLAs, KPIs, and compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with category managers, sourcing, and performance teams to align outputs with key procurement initiatives.

Support other procurement functions such as spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and resource utilization.
Continuous Improvement

Identify gaps or inefficiencies in reporting processes and propose enhancements.

Promote a data-driven culture within the procurement function through training and engagement.

Assist in business process analysis using procurement lifecycle expertise.
Shared Activities
-
Lead QA and testing efforts for data systems, including test case development and automation.

Coordinate with DevOps teams to embed quality control and validation practices.

Maintain test environments and troubleshoot bugs or issues during implementation.
Qualifications
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
-
3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain data analysis, or business intelligence.
Required Skills
-
Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Oracle ERP (Purchasing module is a plus).

Full professional English fluency (Arabic is a plus).

Deep understanding of procurement lifecycle and data validation techniques.

Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple reporting streams simultaneously.
Working Relationships
Internal: Various DCT departments and procurement units.
External: Vendors, suppliers, contractors, government, and private sector entities.
