Google is seeking a highly experienced Senior Strategic Negotiator to lead our data center infrastructure development across the Middle East. In this high-impact role, you will oversee site selection, real estate acquisition, utility strategy, and infrastructure negotiations for hyperscale data center expansion. You will collaborate with global teams and regional partners to secure and scale cutting-edge facilities that power Google’s growth across billions of users.

You will be a key driver in our location strategy, developing partnerships with power, telecom, real estate, and government stakeholders. Your ability to balance technical infrastructure requirements with financial strategy, legal compliance, and regional knowledge will shape Google’s long-term presence in the Middle East.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end strategy for identifying and securing new data center sites in the Middle East.

• Negotiate land acquisitions, utility agreements (power, water, telecom), and vendor partnerships.

• Evaluate regional real estate markets to inform Google’s data center location strategy.

• Oversee multi-project coordination with internal technical, engineering, and legal teams.

• Develop site-specific expansion strategies and infrastructure milestone roadmaps.

• Monitor project timelines, compliance milestones, and contract terms.

• Present site evaluations, cost models, and risk assessments to Google leadership.

• Maintain deep understanding of local infrastructure policy, clean energy adoption, and industrial regulations.

📌 Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Finance, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience negotiating large-scale real estate or infrastructure agreements.

• 5+ years of experience operating within Middle East markets.

• Expertise in industrial site selection, collocation agreements, or strategic infrastructure initiatives.

• Background in power transmission, cooling systems, or telecommunications infrastructure.

• Strong financial modeling skills with experience in economic development incentives.

• Experience drafting/redlining complex legal and commercial contracts.

• Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%) across the Middle East.
