Google is seeking a Senior Data Center Strategic Negotiator in Dubai to support its growing infrastructure needs. This role involves securing data center locations, negotiating real estate agreements, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate negotiations, industrial strategy, and Middle East markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead infrastructure initiatives to identify and develop new data center sites.

Manage site evaluation, selection process, and utility connections (e.g., power, water).

Negotiate and acquire data center properties, securing agreements with vendors, landowners, and key suppliers.

Oversee portfolio management issues, tracking site development and ensuring compliance.

Collaborate with technical teams, energy providers, government officials, and developers.

Ensure cost-effective solutions for data center expansion and operational efficiency.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of experience in real estate negotiations and infrastructure strategy.
-
5+ years of experience working in Middle East markets.

Expertise in data center location strategy, power transmission, telecommunications, or industrial cooling technology.

Strong knowledge of collocation agreements, financial modeling, infrastructure development, and energy solutions.

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred Skills:

Experience in real estate markets within the Middle East.

Background in economic development policy, agreement drafting, and financial modeling.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
