Greenfix Property Care is looking for a Senior Data Analysis Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives, oversee performance reporting, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance operations. The role involves studying systems, identifying gaps, ensuring data security, and supporting the organization’s digital transformation. Candidates must bring deep analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and a strong background in data science.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise studies to identify gaps, challenges, and opportunities in data analysis, benchmarking best practices, and providing recommendations.

• Prepare studies, KPIs, and performance reports related to data analysis initiatives.

• Manage and analyze periodic reports on data management operations, challenges, and solutions.

• Review database platforms and updates, ensuring security, corrective measures, and compliance.

• Develop and maintain a centralized database for strategic and sector-related data.

• Prepare benchmarking studies with top-performing government and sector entities to identify strengths, weaknesses, and improvement areas.

• Ensure data security in coordination with digital security systems.

• Work with digital authorities and IT teams to review data maturity, develop improvement plans, and prepare performance monitoring reports.

• Support budget preparation and strategic data initiatives.

• Supervise research on data analysis impacts for strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.

• 6+ years of relevant work experience.

• Professional certifications preferred:

  • Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

  • Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

  • Tableau Desktop Specialist or Power BI Data Analyst

• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, SQL.

• Familiarity with AI & ML fundamentals.

• Strong reporting, research, and problem-solving skills.
