Lean Technologies is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager who will guide customers through their digital journey, ensuring seamless collaboration across various teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role focuses on customer adoption, digital transformation, and creating value-driven solutions in the fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Strategy: Work with customers, leadership, and core account teams (Sales, Support, Implementation, Product) to strategize and support customer adoption plans.

Engagement & Solutions: Develop innovative solutions and strategies to proactively address customer challenges, ensuring customer success and high engagement.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and nurture relationships with executives, technologists, and partners, driving collaborative decisions and ensuring project completion.

Digital Transformation Leadership: Lead digital transformation programs, business case development, and customer benefits realization.

Customer Adoption: Identify opportunities to increase adoption and utilization of Lean’s products through multi-phase execution and engagement.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to guide business decisions and optimize customer strategies.

Proven success in leading digital transformation programs and customer strategy development.

Expertise in data analysis, reporting, and forecasting using tools like pivot tables and lookups.
