A Confidential organization in Dubai is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer to join their Branding and Marketing Strategy team. This full-time, on-site role is perfect for an experienced design professional passionate about delivering impactful and innovative visual content across multiple platforms. The designer will collaborate closely with internal clients, providing end-to-end creative solutions aligned with the organization’s brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:

Manage and execute day-to-day design operations efficiently.

Generate performance insights and reports as required for both routine and ad-hoc decision-making.
Creative Design & Marketing Support:

Design and develop marketing materials including advertising creatives, digital content, presentations, newsletters, office support items, event materials, and promotional assets.

Liaise with internal clients to gather requirements, define timelines and budgets, and deliver high-quality visual content.

Maintain consistency with the organization’s brand and house style across all design outputs.

Advise internal stakeholders on design best practices, media formats, and production options.

Translate creative briefs into compelling infographics, visual stories, and branding materials for digital and print media.

Collaborate with external design partners when required, ensuring all outputs align with internal brand guidelines.
Customer Engagement & Quality Feedback:

Manage customer expectations throughout the design process by setting timelines and providing draft reviews.

Gather and integrate feedback from internal clients to refine and optimize design strategies.
Professional Development & Process Improvement:

Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and industry standards.

Identify personal learning needs and align them with a structured development plan.

Adhere to organizational policies and suggest improvements to streamline and digitize processes.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or an equivalent qualification.

1–2 years of relevant experience in creative design and marketing content creation.

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to communicate ideas visually.

Experience in designing content for both internal and external communications.

Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving brand needs.

High attention to detail and excellent time management.

Knowledge of branding, customer-centric design, and corporate identity.
