About the Role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all phases of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols.

• Monitor study sites to verify accurate data collection and adherence to study guidelines.

• Support feasibility and startup activities, including site identification, RFP tracking, EC/RA submissions, and contract/budget negotiations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful study execution.

• Maintain strict documentation and records in line with company and regulatory standards.

• Mentor and guide junior CRAs, promoting a culture of inclusion and professional development.

• Support Clinical Operations in regional CRO setup and obtaining necessary licenses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), preferably at senior level.

• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and local/regional regulatory requirements.

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and communication skills to manage priorities effectively.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating within diverse teams.
