Job Description:
LeenaHR is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Counselor to join its education consulting team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on guiding students through their international higher education journey, including country/course selection, application processing, and visa support. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented, student-focused, and knowledgeable about global academic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Convert student inquiries and initial meetings into enrollments through effective counseling.

• Advise students on university and country selection, course options, and document preparation.

• Guide students through the complete application and admission process for destinations such as the USA, UK, and Canada.

• Provide accurate visa and pre-departure guidance.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students and parents throughout the admissions cycle.

• Ensure compliance with university requirements and internal policies.

• Track and report on student success metrics and placements.

• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and outreach activities.

• Stay updated on international admissions trends, university requirements, and visa policies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in university admissions, counseling, or international student recruitment.

• At least 3 years of experience counseling students on applications to institutions in the USA, UK, or Canada.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of global education systems and course options (UK, US, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).

• Proficient in evaluating student profiles to suggest the best course/university matches.

• Solid knowledge of the admission process for diplomas, bachelor’s, post-graduate diplomas, and master’s degrees.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to speak or understand Arabic (preferred but not mandatory).

• Target-driven, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about student success.
