Job Title: Senior Cost Control Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Cost Control Engineer to support cost management in high-profile construction projects across the UAE, particularly within the high-rise sector. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
As a key member of the project management team, you will oversee all aspects of cost planning, control, forecasting, and analysis. Your financial insights will guide decision-making processes and contribute to the long-term profitability and efficiency of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust project cost control systems

Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates and budgets

Monitor ongoing project expenditures and analyze cost variances

Generate timely financial reports and forecasts for project managers and stakeholders

Recommend and implement cost-saving strategies

Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure cost-efficient sourcing

Support preparation of change orders, claims, and financial risk assessments
-
Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulations

Provide insights during project meetings and collaborate with technical and managerial teams
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Minimum 7 years of experience in UAE construction projects, especially high-rise developments

Strong command of cost estimation software and project management tools

In-depth understanding of construction methodologies and project lifecycles

Exceptional analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities

Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and contract interpretation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure

Currently residing in the UAE

Skills Required:
