Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to manage purchase orders, stock movements, pricing updates, and sales order processes across retail operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless merchandise flow between suppliers, warehouses, and stores while maintaining system accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely product availability.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with logistics, warehouse, merchandising, and retail teams to support demand fulfillment and optimize supply chain performance within a fast-paced luxury retail environment.


Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Inventory Coordination

  • Process purchase orders and stock transfers through internal ERP systems.

  • Coordinate merchandise movement between warehouses, stores, and international locations.

  • Track supplier deliveries, manage back-orders, and maintain accurate order logs.

  • Initiate replenishment requests to ensure optimal stock coverage and availability.

Sales Order & Logistics Support

  • Register and manage sales orders while ensuring shipping requirements are met.

  • Prepare invoices, credit notes, and supporting documentation.

  • Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

  • Monitor shipments, including direct-to-customer (drop shipment) deliveries.

Pricing & Promotions Management

  • Maintain accurate pricing updates, markdowns, and promotional changes in systems.

  • Ensure SKUs and promotional lists are updated for campaigns and special events.

  • Coordinate with stores to resolve barcode or labeling discrepancies.

Stock Accuracy & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate invoice or quantity mismatches and escalate discrepancies for resolution.

  • Support corrective actions related to warehouse defects or operational errors.

  • Raise replacement orders, debit/credit notes, and ensure reconciliation of variances.

Reporting & Operational Readiness

  • Input operational data to generate KPIs and monthly supply chain reports.

  • Ensure system transactions are clean and aligned ahead of store audits or controls.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements

  • Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or retail operations (import/export exposure preferred).

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities across cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative and proactive approach.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment.
