Chalhoub Group is seeking a detail-driven and regulatory-savvy Senior Product Compliance Coordinator to join our Corporate Services Division. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead our product registration team and ensure all luxury goods—spanning fashion, beauty, gifts, and gourmet—meet the regulatory and market compliance standards of the GCC.

You’ll serve as the Group’s subject matter expert in navigating complex regulatory environments, managing stakeholder relationships with government entities, and maintaining operational excellence. From securing market authorizations to managing ISO compliance, you’ll champion Chalhoub’s commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product registration team to secure timely approvals across all relevant categories.

• Ensure all local, state, and customs regulations are met to maintain market readiness.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities and internal business units.

• Oversee the development and submission of technical files and regulatory documentation.

• Provide subject matter expertise on applicable regulations across beauty, fashion, food, and lifestyle categories.

• Develop and monitor team KPIs and report performance metrics to senior management.

• Ensure accurate billing of services and maintain a centralized compliance database.

• Train, mentor, and appraise team members while planning for seasonal demand and operational coverage.

• Uphold company-wide standards for ISO (9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001) and report any breaches or risk areas.

• Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Business, Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product compliance or regulatory operations within the retail, FMCG, or cosmetics industry.

• Deep understanding of GCC market authorization processes and regional regulations.

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and integrated compliance systems.
