Randstad is partnering with a leading international supervision consultancy to recruit an experienced MRICS Chartered Senior Contracts Manager for a flagship buildings and infrastructure project in Dubai. This senior-level role requires deep expertise in contract administration, claims management, risk mitigation, and project delivery. You will ensure full compliance with contractual obligations while protecting the client’s commercial interests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all contractual commitments in line with client instructions, project specifications, drawings, and contract terms, including management of construction change orders.

• Manage contract variations, ensuring documentation, communication, and approvals are fully aligned with project standards.

• Prepare, evaluate, and justify claims, supported by detailed estimates and contractual evidence.

• Assist in drafting and responding to Extension of Time (EOT) claims and contractor submissions.

• Review project progress, schedules, and related documentation to identify delays and potential risks.

• Prepare comprehensive delay analysis reports and documentation to support dispute resolution or claims processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 25+ years of relevant experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Law.

• MRICS Chartered status is essential.

• Willingness to work a 6-day work week.
