We are partnered with a reputable, privately owned consultancy specializing in dispute resolution across construction, energy, and engineering sectors. Our client supports a prestigious portfolio including law firms, developers, and main contractors across the UAE and international markets.

As part of their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Quantum Consultant with a robust Quantity Surveying background and deep exposure to dispute management.

🔍 Role Overview:

You will deliver high-quality quantum dispute resolution services on complex, high-value projects. The role includes supporting Expert Witness work, assisting senior directors, and engaging directly with clients across contentious matters.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert quantum and commercial advisory on disputes and claims

• Assist Expert Witnesses in preparation and project execution

• Support internal teams with forensic analysis, documentation, and report drafting

• Deliver consistent, high-standard consultancy services to clients

✅ Requirements:

• BSc in Quantity Surveying or related field

• MRICS or Chartered status is preferred

• 10+ years of post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying or commercial management

• Proven experience handling disputes—either in a contracting or consultancy environment

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

• Currently based in the UAE
