Job Description:
As a (Senior) Consultant Automotive (SAP DBM / VSS), you will be part of proaxia’s growing Dubai team, playing a key role in delivering high-value SAP automotive solutions to major clients across the region. You will work closely with clients to design, implement, and integrate SAP and proaxia proprietary solutions, manage subprojects, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement SAP and proaxia solutions for automotive clients in the Middle East.

• Identify solution gaps and define client-specific customizations.

• Design applications and re-engineer complex components focusing on SAP and satellite systems.

• Integrate software packages, programs, and reusable objects.

• Manage subprojects, ensuring functional and timely delivery.

• Support sales and acquisition efforts by identifying client opportunities.

• Monitor industry trends and identify new business scenarios and market opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Information Technology or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a SAP Automotive Consultant (DBM / VSS).

• Experience with additional SAP modules such as VMS, SD, MM, WTY, or CX is a plus.

• Hands-on experience in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations (from Explore to Run).

• Knowledge of automotive retail processes (sales, aftersales, and rental optional).

• Technical proficiency in tools like ABAP, PI, PO, or EDI is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

• A personal network within the domestic automotive market or dealerships is an advantage.
