🔍 Job Summary:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Commercial Executive to lead our commercial operations, focusing on contract negotiations, pricing strategy, tender submissions, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, deep knowledge of UAE tender platforms like TEJARI, and a proven ability to grow business while mentoring junior staff.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and terms finalization to ensure business profitability and client satisfaction.

  • Review and approve commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with internal standards and UAE regulations.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt sales and pricing strategies.

  • Utilize platforms like TEJARI e-supply to track and submit tenders for government and private sector opportunities.

  • Oversee the preparation of competitive quotations, supplier negotiations, and timely submission of product samples.

  • Foster strong client relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure end-to-end follow-up throughout the sales cycle.

  • Mentor and support junior commercial staff, providing guidance on sales strategies and client engagement.

  • Collaborate with local and international suppliers to secure top-quality products at competitive prices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a Senior Commercial or Sales Executive role within the UAE.

  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Proficiency in TEJARI e-supply and similar government tender platforms.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and tenders simultaneously.

  • Track record of sales success and client relationship management.

  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on sustainable growth and profitability.
