We are currently seeking a dynamic Senior Commercial Consultant to help drive business development and expand our presence in the luxury hospitality, diplomatic, and private sectors.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Commercial Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in business development by leveraging your existing client network and generating new opportunities within the luxury hospitality, events, and private wealth sectors. This role requires exceptional networking, sales acumen, and the ability to close high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage an existing network to drive sales for CLS Security’s services, including static security, event coverage, and close protection.

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the hospitality, diplomatic, events, and private wealth sectors.

• Collaborate with operational teams to build proposals and tailor service solutions to clients’ needs.

• Represent CLS Security at strategic meetings, hospitality expos, and VIP client events.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, leading upselling initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, identifying potential revenue streams and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE, particularly in security or related services.

• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management within the Dubai hospitality, diplomatic, or events sectors.

• Active network in Dubai’s high-end industries (hospitality, embassies, events, private wealth).

• Strong ability to close long-term service contracts and manage key accounts.

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or French a strong advantage.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and CRM reporting skills.

• Valid Dubai Driving License is mandatory.

• Security industry knowledge is essential.
