SHAQAF MEDICAL, a Dubai-based healthcare organization, is seeking a Senior Clinical Trial Manager – Operations (Egypt) to lead and coordinate clinical trial activities across Egypt. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in ensuring trials are executed in compliance with ICH-GCP, local regulations, and internal SOPs. The successful candidate will oversee operational planning, regulatory submissions, site management, and cross-functional coordination across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Trial Management:

• Lead planning, initiation, execution, and close-out of Phase I–IV clinical trials in Egypt
• Develop country-level operational strategies and ensure adherence to timelines

Site Oversight:

• Conduct feasibility studies and select trial sites
• Oversee site activities and CRA performance
• Lead site initiation, training, and monitoring

Regulatory & Documentation:

• Prepare and submit clinical trial applications to EDA and IRBs
• Track approvals and amendments; ensure GCP-compliant documentation

Vendor & Sponsor Liaison:

• Coordinate with labs, couriers, and third-party vendors
• Serve as local contact for sponsors and global project teams

Quality & Risk Management:

• Monitor KPIs and proactively manage risks
• Support audits, CAPA plans, and continuous improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
• 5+ years in clinical research, with 3+ years in trial management

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CROs or multinational pharma companies
• Familiarity with CTMS, EDC systems, or decentralized trial platforms
• Therapeutic area expertise in oncology, cardiology, or infectious diseases

Language & Soft Skills:

• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
