Al Rostamani Communications is looking for a Senior Client Manager to handle account responsibility and drive client satisfaction by understanding their business requirements and advocating ARC’s solutions. This role is focused on larger, strategic clients, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets, managing vendor relationships, and expanding market presence in the UAE and GCC regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align with sales strategy and ensure ARC’s strategic objectives are met

• Create and execute sales plans and strategies to meet targets

• Conduct vulnerability analysis of ARC’s position compared to competitors and vendors

• Formulate and implement sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies

• Manage account relationships, including cross-selling and up-selling to new and existing customers

• Manage vendor relationships, product pricing, and sales activities

• Identify new vendors and partnerships to expand portfolio growth

• Oversee product lifecycle, pre-sales architecting, and operational issues

• Utilize sales tools to manage accounts, opportunities, and pipeline forecasting

• Drive client satisfaction and ensure smooth coordination throughout the buying process

• Coordinate with sales leadership, project managers, and teams to support marketing and supplier coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering or related field (Engineering with MBA is preferred)

• Minimum 12 years of relevant industry experience

• Strong experience in ICT solutions (Infrastructure, Compute, Networking, IT Security, Digital)

• Proven track record of closing large ICT solution orders in the UAE

• Relevant vendor certifications are required

• Strong IT technical and industry knowledge

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Results-driven and capable of working within a team-oriented environment
