About the Role:
We are hiring a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and oversee construction projects involving high-rise buildings and luxury villas. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, possess a deep understanding of engineering practices, and have a proven record of managing teams and delivering projects that demand the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate field documentation and ensure smooth flow of technical information across teams

• Prepare detailed technical assessment reports for turbines, generators, and related equipment

• Plan and perform routine system maintenance; oversee project organization and specification evaluation

• Supervise all engineering staff, inspect construction materials, and resolve on-site issues efficiently

• Ensure construction quality, timeline adherence, and compliance with project specifications and safety protocols

• Draft and manage project documents, procurement plans, and construction schedules

• Coordinate with clients to develop outage schedules and repair recommendations, ensuring timely project execution

• Perform preventive maintenance planning and trend analysis for all equipment and systems

• Respond to client inquiries and provide support related to installations and system performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction of high-rise buildings and luxury villas

• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional)

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera software

• Valid SOE (Society of Engineers) membership

• At least 5 years of experience in team leadership and project supervision

• Strong technical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Candidate:

• Years of Experience: 15+

• Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Civil Engineering

• Certifications: PMP, SOE membership
