About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in managing high-rise buildings and luxury villa projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and leadership skills, with a proven ability to oversee large-scale construction operations, ensure project quality, and maintain adherence to safety and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate site documentation and technical records for turbines, generators, and related equipment

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate detailed reports on construction activities and system performance

• Lead engineering teams on-site, supervise daily construction work, and monitor materials and equipment usage

• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, construction schedules, and health & safety policies

• Prepare and manage project documentation, purchase orders, schedules, and progress reports

• Analyze operational improvements, resource availability, and prepare maintenance schedules in coordination with clients

• Evaluate ongoing trends, implement preventive maintenance measures, and manage equipment installations

• Address customer queries, offer timely solutions, and facilitate smooth operations across departments

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred)

• Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on high-rise buildings and luxury villa projects

• Certified PMP (Project Management Professional)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Primavera software

• Must hold valid SOE (Society of Engineers) membership

• Minimum 5 years of experience in team leadership or managerial roles

• Strong analytical, project coordination, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Candidate:

• Years of Experience: 15+ years in construction project management

• Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering

• Certifications: PMP, SOE

• Industry Exposure: High-end residential and commercial construction
