Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with extensive experience in construction project management to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing resources efficiently. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong command of engineering tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project execution plan covering all essential parameters and guidelines.

• Visit construction sites to assess challenges, review reports, and recommend necessary modifications.

• Analyze raw materials, labor costs, and other expenses to facilitate smooth project execution.

• Schedule and oversee material and equipment procurement and deliveries to prevent project delays.

• Ensure that the project complies with legal, health, and safety regulations at all stages.

• Assist in various project-related activities, including planning, tendering, and pricing as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 5-6 years of civil engineering experience in the UAE.

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in 2D and 3D civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, HEC-HMS, and BIMsight.

• Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in diverse and challenging environments.

• Analytical Skills: Strong command of developing accurate reports with detailed material calculations, cost estimates, and project insights.

• Project Management: Ability to handle multiple aspects of a construction project while motivating the workforce.

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with hands-on experience in relevant tools.

• License: Valid UAE Driving License.

• Availability: Can join immediately.
