As they expand their footprint in the Middle East, starting with a new regional office in Dubai, they are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic professional to lead market entry, business growth, and strategic partnerships across the UAE and broader region.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Business Development Manager or Associate Director – Sales, you will play a critical leadership role in establishing the company’s regional presence, expanding operations, and driving high-value partnerships and revenue growth across the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute the market entry strategy in Dubai and the wider Middle East region

Set up and scale regional operations, including hiring and leadership of local teams

Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks, financial institutions, payment processors, and large enterprise clients

Drive sales processes, lead customer acquisition, and meet aggressive revenue targets

Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to align solutions with local needs

Represent the company at industry events and build brand authority as a fintech leader in the region

Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development team
Key Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or expansion roles within fintech, payments, or banking

In-depth understanding of digital payments, fintech platforms, and API-based solutions

Proven success in market entry and scaling operations in new regions, ideally within the Middle East

Established network across financial services, payments, and fintech sectors in the UAE/GCC
-
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
