NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with a focus on the Oil & Gas sector, based in Dubai. The role involves developing and executing a business development strategy to expand NES Fircroft’s contract and managed recruitment solutions within the Upstream and Downstream market segments. This position will directly impact revenue growth and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Lead Identification: Identify and qualify client leads in the Oil & Gas market.

• Relationship Building: Engage with regional teams for sales pitches and tender responses, establishing strong business connections.

• Business Development Strategy: Lead strategic BD activities and report on market opportunities to expand NES Fircroft’s brand and services.

• Support Recruitment Teams: Transition relationships into successful service delivery and account management.

• Networking: Build relationships with current contractors to ensure they are supported and valued.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Previous Experience: Must have prior experience with a recruitment agency or manpower company.

• Commercial Acumen: Strong experience in bids, tenders, proposals, and pricing formulation.

• Client Relationship Skills: Proven track record in developing and building client relationships.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.

• Team Player: Ability to work autonomously, while also being a team player and leading initiatives.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with strong external presentation abilities.
