Senior Business Development Manager
naqdiglobal Dubai , UAE

Naqdi, a fast-growing Forex brokerage based in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on expanding the company’s regional and international presence by targeting high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Forex/financial services industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients, IBs, and affiliates to drive trading volume and revenue growth.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and client retention.

  • Develop and implement business development strategies in line with company objectives.

  • Represent Naqdi at industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support lead generation and client onboarding.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

  • Provide regular reports on pipeline development, client feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE SCA regulations in all business development activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Forex, CFD, or financial services industry.

  • Proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Strong knowledge of Forex trading platforms, IB programs, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
