Naqdi, a fast-growing Forex brokerage based in Dubai, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on expanding the company’s regional and international presence by targeting high-net-worth individuals, retail clients, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Forex/financial services industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a passion for results.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients, IBs, and affiliates to drive trading volume and revenue growth.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service and client retention.

Develop and implement business development strategies in line with company objectives.

Represent Naqdi at industry events, expos, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support lead generation and client onboarding.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

Provide regular reports on pipeline development, client feedback, and performance metrics to senior management.

Ensure compliance with UAE SCA regulations in all business development activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Forex, CFD, or financial services industry.

Proven success in client acquisition and revenue generation.

Strong knowledge of Forex trading platforms, IB programs, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
