Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end client acquisition and sales across staffing and talent augmentation services. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for building long-term business relationships with enterprise clients and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive full-cycle business development for staffing and augmentation solutions, from lead generation to deal closure

Lead strategic outreach through cold calls, product demos, and stakeholder engagement to generate and convert leads

Acquire new clients within defined turnaround time (TAT), expanding the company’s portfolio and market presence

Manage mid-to-senior and niche hiring requirements by aligning client expectations with tailored talent solutions

Develop and deliver custom presentations and proposals, showcasing the value proposition and capabilities

Build strong rapport with CXOs and senior decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships

Contribute to revenue growth and client retention through effective communication, upselling, and client satisfaction strategies

Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment
