Chalhoub Group is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to oversee the regional marketing strategy for four prestigious luxury brands: Swarovski, Michael Kors, Tory Burch, and Adolfo Dominguez. Reporting directly to the VP of Aspirational Luxury, you will manage a team across key Middle Eastern markets (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain) and play a critical role in driving both strategic alignment and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing & Brand Execution:

Lead omnichannel marketing strategy for retail and digital, ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints.

Develop and implement influencer and content marketing strategies, optimizing for performance and brand visibility.

Manage brand strategies, balancing global brand identity with regional preferences and market-specific nuances.
-
Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and creative direction based on evolving customer behaviors.

Commercial & Business Planning:

Collaborate with General Managers (GMs) on strategic discussions and support commercial planning.

Align marketing activities with sales targets and customer demand, contributing to top-line growth.

Performance Management & Budget Ownership:

Own the marketing budget for the brands across the region, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and effective resource allocation.

Set clear KPIs for brand and team performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on data insights.

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead a multi-market team, fostering professional development and high performance.

Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and brand alignment.
