Job Title: Senior BIM Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior BIM Manager to join our team at DIFC, Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and drive Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies across a diverse portfolio of construction projects, particularly high-rise buildings. This role demands expertise in BIM processes, leadership in managing BIM teams, and the vision to advance digital project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for all projects according to company standards and best practices.

• Oversee BIM software adoption and integration across various high-rise construction projects.

• Lead and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators, Technicians, and Modelers.

• Establish and maintain standardized BIM protocols, workflows, and quality control processes.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless model data exchange and interoperability.

• Conduct BIM reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards of model accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain and expand the company’s central BIM library and project data repository.

• Research, recommend, and implement emerging BIM technologies to enhance productivity and project outcomes.

• Deliver BIM-related presentations and reports to project teams and senior management.

• Provide technical support and training on BIM software and workflows across departments.

• Keep abreast of industry advancements, new technologies, and evolving best practices in BIM.

• Contribute to the continuous development and refinement of company-wide BIM standards and procedures.

• Ensure that all BIM activities comply with applicable safety regulations and quality standards.

• Manage Project Information Models (PIM) and oversee project data management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with substantial exposure to BIM management.

• Proven track record managing BIM implementation on complex high-rise projects.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ProjectWise, and related BIM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, digital project delivery, and data management.

• Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team coordination abilities.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, results-driven, and committed to continuous innovation and improvement.

• Previous experience working in Dubai is preferred.
