Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Barista to lead our coffee operations in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a passionate coffee professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values leadership, and is committed to exceptional service and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Supervision:

• Manage, train, and mentor the barista team to deliver consistent coffee and service standards

• Create barista schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback

Coffee Quality & Station Management:

• Oversee preparation and presentation of coffee beverages

• Maintain top cleanliness and organization standards in all coffee areas

• Ensure proper inventory of beans, syrups, and supplies with a focus on freshness and quality

Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner

• Handle complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction

• Promote a positive atmosphere aligned with the EF ZIN GROUP brand

Training & Innovation:

• Lead training sessions on coffee brewing, customer interaction, and safety practices

• Stay current with coffee trends and introduce new offerings

Operational Duties:

• Manage stock orders and ensure product availability

• Enforce compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards

• Handle POS transactions and reconcile cash registers at the end of shifts

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Barista or in a supervisory café role

• Expertise in espresso machines, specialty brewing methods, and coffee bean knowledge

• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with inventory management and food safety practices

• Customer-focused with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in high-volume café or hospitality operations

• Knowledge of stock and POS systems

• Formal food safety training or certifications
