Job Title: Senior Automotive Technician 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Automotive Technician to join our team in a supervisory capacity. This role requires deep technical expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle issues, along with the ability to lead and mentor a team of mechanics while ensuring workshop efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards, managing preventive maintenance schedules, supporting inventory management, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle malfunctions including engine, fuel system, transmission, and electrical systems

• Oversee and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all vehicle types

• Review completed repair and maintenance tasks to ensure they meet quality and safety standards

• Support the Service Center In-Charge by managing parts inventory and placing supply orders as needed

• Supervise, guide, and mentor a team of mechanics, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

• Ensure tools and equipment are regularly maintained and remain in proper working condition

• Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfaction with services rendered

Key Skills & Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repairs

• Experience in preventive maintenance planning

• Excellent quality control and inspection abilities

• Ability to manage and track spare parts inventory

• Proficiency in handling a wide range of tools and workshop equipment

• Proven experience in team supervision and mentoring

• Age: 28 – 38 years

• Experience: 5 – 10 years in automotive workshop environments
