Chalhoub Group is seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Performance Marketer to lead and manage online marketing campaigns for Michael Kors and Swarovski across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance strategies that drive measurable business outcomes including acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver results in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee paid media strategy across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels to increase traffic, basket size, and customer lifetime value.

• Develop and execute A/B tests, conversion rate optimization strategies, and landing page enhancements.

• Lead analytics and attribution tracking across multiple devices and channels.

• Manage marketing calendar and co-branded campaigns with brand partners.

• Collaborate with third-party agencies and platforms to scale paid media campaigns.

• Maintain and monitor marketing KPIs and dashboards, presenting insights and recommendations.

• Work with creative teams to develop compelling ad content and assets.

• Administer marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and ROAS.

• Report on channel performance using Google Analytics and internal tools.

🔸 Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.

• Strong knowledge of paid search, paid social, display advertising, and programmatic media.

• Skilled in campaign analytics, bid optimization, and customer segmentation.

• Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and Excel.

• Knowledge of HTML and tag implementation is a plus.

• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

• Passion for luxury retail, digital innovation, and data-led decision making.
