Senior Associate – People Communication & Content Creation
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE
📌 Employment Type: Full-Time

Join Chalhoub Group as a Senior Associate – People Communication & Content Creation, where you’ll drive impactful messaging across internal platforms, HR campaigns, and employee experiences. This role blends storytelling, creative copywriting, digital content, and visual communication to shape and support People & Culture strategies across the Group.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging and inclusive content for HR initiatives, policies, announcements, speeches, and internal campaigns.

  • Create and manage digital content across platforms like internal portals, websites, newsletters, and social media.

  • Design visual communication materials (flyers, infographics, banners, event invites) aligned with brand guidelines.

  • Capture and edit photography/videography content to highlight internal events and corporate culture.

  • Develop multimedia materials such as video tutorials, internal guides, and communication manuals.

  • Collaborate with design and creative teams to maintain brand consistency across formats.

  • Support communication planning for events such as town halls, bootcamps, awards, wellbeing days, etc.

  • Oversee the award submission process, including content writing, coordination, and deadline management.

  • Manage updates and postings on the Group’s internal communication tools and employee app.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Translation, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in copywriting, digital content, or employee communications.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic; French is a plus.

  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to tone and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in photography, videography, and basic editing software is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools is a plus.

  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience with intranet platforms, CMS, or social media scheduling tools is beneficial.
