Role Overview
The Senior Associate – Digital Marketing will drive qualified traffic, conversion, and online revenue for Tryano eCommerce by planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across paid, owned, and performance channels.
This role is instrumental in supporting the eCommerce relaunch and growth strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Performance & Paid Media Management

Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid media, social, CRM, and onsite channels

Manage performance marketing platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks

Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and AOV
-
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging
-
Allocate and monitor budgets for maximum efficiency
eCommerce & Campaign Execution

Own day-to-day execution of campaign calendars aligned with trading priorities

Coordinate with brand, creative, and eCommerce teams

Ensure timely campaign launches for product drops and promotional periods

Drive traffic growth, conversion improvement, and online revenue
CRM & Retention Marketing

Support email marketing, push notifications, and segmentation strategies
-
Develop customer journey enhancements to drive repeat purchase

Work closely with CRM tools and lifecycle marketing initiatives
Reporting & Optimization

Monitor digital performance using Google Analytics and platform dashboards

Deliver actionable insights and performance reports

Identify growth opportunities through data analysis

Stay updated with platform updates, digital trends, and best practices
What You’ll Need to Succeed

3–5 years of digital marketing experience (Retail, Fashion, or eCommerce preferred)

Hands-on expertise with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok)

Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, AOV)

Experience with CRM tools and segmentation strategies

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Project management and stakeholder coordination capability
