Job Description:
Join Chalhoub Group as a Senior Associate – Marketing (Influencer Executive) and play a pivotal role in shaping the influencer strategy for luxury beauty brands. Based in Dubai, this role focuses on building strong influencer relationships, driving brand awareness, and enhancing customer engagement. You will collaborate with key media and influencers, curate engaging campaigns, and support content creation strategies to elevate brand presence across the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to boost brand reputation and sales.

• Build and maintain relationships with top influencers, content creators, and media professionals.

• Support strategic initiatives for Wow Beauty Forward and Beauty Nation, assembling an exclusive influencer squad.

• Manage influencer collaborations, creative gifting, and affiliate programs to enhance brand visibility.

• Provide insights on content creation, social media trends, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in beauty brand marketing.

• Strong social media expertise and knowledge of influencer engagement.

• Data-driven mindset with a passion for strategic brand-building.
