Chalhoub Group, the leading luxury partner in the Middle East, is seeking a Senior Associate – Group Finance Projects to support Group-level financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. This is a project-driven role within Group Finance, offering exposure to large-scale FP&A initiatives, governance enhancements, and digital finance transformation across a multi-entity luxury retail organization.
The role combines hands-on financial analysis, Group reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting leadership decision-making through high-quality insights, data accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting

Support consolidation and aggregation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans across Group entities

Review financial submissions from business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with assumptions

Assist with scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and financial modelling to support strategic planning
Group Performance Reporting

Prepare monthly Group performance packs, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analyses

Develop clear financial commentary on revenue, margins, operating costs, and cash flow performance

Support preparation of executive-level presentations for leadership reviews
Financial Analysis & Strategic Insights

Conduct in-depth analysis of Group-level trends, cost structures, and investment performance

Translate financial data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational decisions

Support business cases, capital expenditure requests, and ad-hoc financial studies
Data Management & Financial Governance
-
Validate financial data from ERP systems, BI tools, and consolidation platforms
-
Ensure data integrity across cost centres, P&L structures, and reporting hierarchies

Support adherence to Group FP&A standards, reporting frameworks, and internal controls
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Business Units, and Finance Leadership

Help resolve finance-related issues across the Group and ensure project follow-through

Proactively identify opportunities where Group Finance can add value and improve decision-making
Continuous Improvement & Digital Finance Projects

Enhance financial reporting tools, templates, and modelling frameworks
-
Drive standardisation and simplification of FP&A processes across the Group

Critically assess existing finance workflows and recommend efficiency improvements
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent (preferred)

3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, consulting, or professional services

Prior Big 4 experience is an advantage

Strong exposure to finance transformation or multi-entity finance projects

Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills

Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, and reporting platforms

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills

Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
