About the Role
The Senior Associate – Digital Learning plays a pivotal operational role within the Digital Academy, ensuring seamless coordination, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement of digital and blended learning initiatives.
This position focuses on operational excellence, learning data governance, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization. The role serves as a key anchor for day-to-day Digital Learning activities while supporting reporting and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Academy Operations

Manage day-to-day operations of the Digital Academy

Act as the primary point of contact for digital learning queries

Ensure smooth execution of digital and blended learning programs
-
Maintain LMS accuracy, hygiene, and data integrity
-
Identify and proactively resolve operational issues
Learning Data & Reporting
-
Prepare and deliver recurring learning dashboards and reports
-
Ensure data validation, accuracy, and governance standards
-
Manage learning data trackers and templates
-
Support compliance reporting and high-priority eLearning initiatives
-
Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests
Stakeholder Coordination
-
Coordinate with trainers, SMEs, and business stakeholders
-
Track timelines, dependencies, and program milestones
-
Maintain visibility of risks, issues, and progress

Support communication with learners and internal teams
Continuous Improvement & Insights

Compile data for leadership reviews and learning insights packs

Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements

Support leadership discussions with structured learning insights
Platform & Process Governance

Support testing and rollout of LMS enhancements and automations
-
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and readiness checks

Maintain and update Digital Academy SOPs

Ensure documentation consistency and knowledge transfer

Requirements
Required
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
-
Strong experience in learning operations, coordination, or reporting

High attention to detail with strong data accuracy focus

Experience with LMS platforms and reporting tools

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Working knowledge of Power BI
-
Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively
Preferred

Experience in corporate L&D or HR environments

Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting

Exposure to process improvement initiatives

Power Query familiarity

Basic SQL capability for reporting and data extraction
