Whizz HR is hiring a Senior Architectural Designer to lead high-end architectural projects in Dubai. This role requires expertise in design leadership, client collaboration, and project execution from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Architectural Design & Development

• Lead design processes for large-scale architectural projects.
• Develop conceptual designs, spatial layouts, and material selection.
• Ensure designs align with client goals, aesthetic standards, and functionality.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp.

🔹 Project Management & Compliance

• Oversee projects from concept to construction, ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and accessibility standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
• Conduct site analysis and assessments to inform design decisions.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial constraints management.

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Engage with clients to understand their vision and project requirements.
• Present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and refine designs accordingly.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.

Key Qualifications & Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
✔ 5-7 years of experience in architectural design, managing large-scale projects.
✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, and other design tools.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction documentation, building codes, and sustainability principles.
✔ Leadership & communication skills to guide design teams and collaborate with clients.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to solve complex design challenges.
✔ Experience with interdisciplinary coordination (engineers, contractors, and consultants).
✔ Knowledge of sustainable design (LEED certification is a plus).
✔ Architectural license (AIA, RA) preferred or in progress.
