AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Senior Architect (Site Operations) to join its dynamic project delivery team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on overseeing architectural implementation on construction sites, ensuring high standards in quality, compliance, and safety. Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years of experience in architectural site operations, particularly in large-scale or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise architectural activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design, quality standards, and construction timelines

• Conduct regular inspections to assess progress and address issues

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to solve technical challenges

• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and construction methods

• Provide expert guidance and resolve design issues during construction

• Maintain accurate records, including reports, updates, and as-built documentation

• Collaborate with design teams to integrate design changes into ongoing construction

• Promote a strong culture of safety, professionalism, and adherence to company values

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

• 10–15 years of experience in architectural site supervision, preferably for large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects

• Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and MEP systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• Familiarity with Dubai and UAE building codes and local regulations
