DSV Air & Sea, the world’s third-largest transport and logistics provider, is hiring a Senior Analyst – Implementation & Client Application to join its Dubai team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in EDI/API integration, project coordination, and customer onboarding. You’ll act as a key liaison between commercial, operational, and IT teams, driving end-to-end system integration and enhancing customer visibility across global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer integration projects, focusing on EDI/API connectivity
• Gather and validate technical documentation (MIGs, XML files, schemas, workflows)
• Initiate and align integration projects through Business Request Forms and Scope Documents
• Define test scenarios, support BRD creation, and lead UAT execution
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely project delivery
• Facilitate training and ensure business process readiness post-implementation
• Provide hypercare support, manage incident tickets, and track issues
• Act as the primary business contact during go-live and stabilization phases

Skills & System Knowledge:

• Strong project management and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficiency in EDI/API technologies and integration platforms
• Familiarity with Cargowise One or similar TMS
• Experience with Power BI, Purchase Order Management Systems, and customer visibility tools
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and documentation tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in business implementation or systems integration
• Experience in freight forwarding, 3PL/4PL, or logistics software integration
• Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Project Management (preferred)
• Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
