Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver financial forecasts, scenario models, and planning insights across luxury retail sectors.

  • Analyze performance KPIs, P&L trends, and economic indicators across multiple business units.

  • Design and implement analytics frameworks for performance tracking, revenue forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Present consolidated analysis on variances between actuals, budgets, and prior year benchmarks.

  • Conduct budget reviews and identify opportunities for optimization and cost control.

  • Support business leaders by generating custom financial simulations, cash flow modeling, and P&L impact assessments.

  • Collaborate on the month-end closing process including journal entries, reporting packages, and executive summaries.

  • Lead data visualizations and executive dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel modeling.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate accounting, preferably in luxury, retail, or FMCG sectors.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; familiarity with ERP and BI tools is advantageous.

  • Proven ability to build financial models, synthesize insights, and present to senior stakeholders.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, and collaborative working style.

  • A “can-do” attitude and innovative approach to financial problem-solving.
