Position: Senior Analyst – Data & Analytics (Level Shoes)

Join Chalhoub Group, a leader in luxury retail in the Middle East, as a Senior Analyst – Data & Analytics for Level Shoes in Dubai. This role focuses on managing the web and marketing analytics ecosystem, optimizing event tracking, and enabling data-driven decision-making to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee event tracking and tagging across web and mobile using Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including enhanced eCommerce tracking and user behavior analysis.

Implement and optimize tracking tools such as Meta (Facebook) Conversion API, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions, and Adjust (MMP) for mobile attribution.

Ensure data integrity, troubleshoot tracking discrepancies, and collaborate with engineering teams for advanced solutions.

Conduct A/B testing to enhance conversion rates and user experience.

Build and maintain performance dashboards using Looker, Google Data Studio, or BigQuery.

Monitor data quality and implement privacy-compliant tracking strategies in line with GDPR and CCPA.

Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align business strategies with analytics insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript for analytics and tracking implementations.

Expertise in Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Google Ads tracking tools.

Strong understanding of data analysis, statistical significance, and A/B testing.

Experience in dashboarding tools such as Looker, Google Data Studio, or similar.

Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA compliance, and cookieless tracking methodologies.

Python knowledge is a plus.
