We are seeking a Senior Account Manager – Restaurant Partnerships to manage and grow relationships with Deliveroo’s fastest-growing restaurant accounts. You will use data-driven insights and industry expertise to optimize performance, drive profitability, and collaborate cross-functionally to support our partners’ success.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key restaurant partners, providing strategic consulting and operational support.

Data-Driven Growth: Analyze market trends and performance metrics to maximize revenue and efficiency.

Strategic Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations) to drive innovative initiatives.

Industry Expertise: Stay updated on restaurant industry trends to provide valuable recommendations.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in account management, consulting, or a relevant field.

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate permanently.

Fluency in English with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Agile and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Prior restaurant industry knowledge is a plus.
