We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and drive the successful delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives.

Based in Dubai, this role sits at the heart of the agency, acting as the bridge between clients and cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, production, media, and technology. You will ensure seamless execution from concept through to delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality and commercial performance.


Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of high-value client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within scope. You will combine strategic thinking with operational excellence to strengthen client partnerships and enable teams to deliver exceptional work.


Key Responsibilities

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships

  • Lead meetings, campaign reviews, and status updates

  • Manage expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables

  • Translate client feedback into clear internal direction

Project & Account Delivery

  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, retainers, and projects

  • Develop clear briefs, timelines, and execution plans

  • Coordinate with internal teams across multiple disciplines

  • Track progress and proactively manage risks and challenges

Strategic Contribution

  • Develop deep understanding of client brands, markets, and objectives

  • Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns

  • Contribute to long-term account growth and planning

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships

Commercial Management

  • Manage scopes of work in line with contracts and proposals

  • Monitor budgets and ensure delivery aligns with agreed scope

  • Flag and manage scope changes proactively

  • Support accurate invoicing and commercial performance

Team Enablement & Quality Control

  • Ensure teams have the clarity, tools, and information required to deliver

  • Facilitate collaboration across departments

  • Maintain clear documentation and project visibility

  • Review outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with strategy

  • Escalate risks early and drive continuous improvement


Candidate Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project leadership

  • Strong agency background, ideally within marketing, advertising, or digital environments

  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns

  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Commercial awareness (scoping, budgeting, delivery)

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluent in Arabic (preferred/required based on client needs)
