Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Job Description:

Amazon Advertising is seeking a highly driven and strategic Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of non-endemic advertisers (brands not selling on Amazon), across the UAE and KSA markets. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled digital marketer with agency or media experience to work with a world-class team leveraging Amazon’s industry-leading data, display, video, and custom advertising solutions—including Twitch.
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering data-driven strategies that align with brand and performance objectives. You’ll solve complex challenges at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Creative, and Insights teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a strategic partner and digital expert on Amazon Advertising solutions.

Manage end-to-end client relationships, from onboarding to campaign execution and growth planning.

Create and implement tailored media strategies based on client objectives.

Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.

Conduct in-depth data analysis and deliver actionable insights and performance reports.

Lead campaign optimization efforts to ensure KPIs and ROI goals are met.

Educate clients on advertising performance metrics, campaign tools, and market trends.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Creative, Product, and Data Insights teams.

Track all activity using CRM tools to ensure visibility and accountability across client accounts.
Basic Qualifications:

Relevant agency/media experience in a client-facing role with a focus on brand & performance media strategy.

Strong experience in programmatic advertising, including display and video.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in cross-functional business and tech contexts.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English required; Arabic is a plus).

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple complex projects.

Data-driven with the ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience working in the UAE or KSA markets.

Deep understanding of programmatic strategy and execution.

Familiarity with Amazon’s advertising ecosystem is a plus.
