Position Overview:
Strategy is seeking a Senior Account Executive to spearhead strategic sales across Turkey and the rest of the MEA region. This role emphasizes new business development (approx. 70%) with account management for existing clients (30%). The ideal candidate will be a quota-carrying, results-oriented sales leader with experience in enterprise software, fluent in Turkish and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide, complex sales cycles, targeting both IT and C-level stakeholders.

Drive new logo acquisition and cultivate strong customer relationships.

Develop strategic business cases, ROI/TCO models, and win plans.

Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation and qualification to closing and post-sales account development.

Collaborate with Inside Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing, and Professional Services.

Create and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring overachievement of booking targets.

Execute sales strategies aligned with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts using the CRM platform.

Represent Strategy at key industry events and user groups.

Leverage partner ecosystems to expand reach and value proposition.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in software sales within Turkey.

Strong track record in enterprise sales, consistently exceeding quotas.

Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles with C-level engagement.

Experience selling Business Intelligence, AI, Data Analytics, CRM, ERP, or Cloud enterprise solutions.

Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).

Strong understanding of ROI and TCO principles.

Effective multitasker and team collaborator.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Fluent in Turkish and English.

Degree-qualified or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with BI competitor products, ETL, Big Data, and enterprise data environments.
