Job Overview:
SAP is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Services Sales to drive business growth, manage strategic customer relationships, and expand SAP’s Services footprint. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing key enterprise accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to address customer needs. You will work closely with senior executives, internal teams, and partners to achieve sales targets and enhance customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior executives within assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP Services, driving account growth and long-term success.
- Expand SAP’s Services footprint by identifying opportunities aligned with customer needs.
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and generate qualified sales opportunities through a deep understanding of customer challenges.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and SAP’s portfolio.
- Achieve booking and revenue targets by managing sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Shape and negotiate complex sales deals, ensuring compliance with SAP’s governance processes.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership:
- Lead and coordinate virtual account teams, aligning sales and delivery resources for optimal customer outcomes.
- Foster collaboration across the SAP ecosystem, working with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.
- Apply value-selling and solution-based sales techniques to drive business success.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 7+ years of enterprise software and services sales experience, with a proven track record in quota-carrying roles.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software projects and application lifecycle management.
- Experience working with large multinational customers across different regions.
- Strong expertise in strategic account management, business development, and consultative selling.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Business English; additional languages are a plus.
