OutSystems, a global leader in low-code software development, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead sales efforts in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) market of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, build a strong sales pipeline, and establish long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy for the BFSI sector in Saudi Arabia.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Manage and track client outreach and business development efforts.

Work closely with global and local system integrators and channel partners.
-
Present tailored software solutions to C-level executives and IT managers.

Meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
-
10+ years of direct and indirect sales experience in BFSI, with a focus on Saudi Arabia.

Proven track record in named account selling model and enterprise software sales.
-
Strong experience partnering with system integrators and channel partners.
-
Ability to sell to C-level executives and senior IT/business managers.
-
Strong closing and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and business development.
