🔹 Job Overview:

We are currently hiring a Senior AC Technician with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential air conditioning systems. Leadership ability and technical expertise are essential for mentoring junior staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and fault diagnostics on HVAC systems

• Perform repairs and routine maintenance on various AC models and components

• Install HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety codes and manufacturer guidelines

• Supervise and train junior technicians, sharing technical knowledge and ensuring adherence to company standards

• Maintain accurate service logs and reports for all maintenance activities

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety regulations

🔹 Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

• 3–5 years of proven experience in HVAC installation, troubleshooting, and repair

• EPA certification is required; additional HVAC certifications are a plus

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems is preferred

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and lead a team when needed
